AM Activity


TODAY

An AM Activity Period was held this morning with the following groups meeting:

  • Prom Committees - Choir Room

  • Relay for Life Committees - Community Room

  • NHS Officers - Mrs. Imwalle’s Room 608

  • Scholastic Bowl - Mrs. Morton’s Room 634

 

Mrs. Clark’s classes will report to the library. 

 

Today and tomorrow is a great time for students to do a little spring cleaning of their lockers! Please take care of this before or after school. 

 

Attention students who will obtain their driver’s license prior to the end of the school year: There are no more parking spaces available to purchase; therefore, you cannot drive and park your vehicle on school property during school hours. 

 

The following students need to report to the HS Office during homeroom: Mason Ackley, Eli Schumm, Brayden Stewart, Dalton Dawson, Gaven Garwood, Makenna Grogg, Abby Hague, Landon Hamrick, Ayden Hoagland, Mackenzie Kroft, Tobin Winters, Wyatt Seals, Jensen Thomas, 

 

THIS WEEK

CCP Intent to Participate forms are due to Mrs. Ontrop on Tuesday. If you are new to CCP, you need to apply to Northwest State by Tuesday6.

 

Spring Break begins on Wednesday and runs through Tuesday, April 2. School resumes on Wednesday, April 3. This is a full day – not a 2 hour delay as printed in your student agenda. There is NO school on Monday, April 8, due to the solar eclipse. 

 

SPORTS

Athletic events for today:

  • Varsity Softball HOME vs Van Wert at 5:00

  • JV Softball HOME vs Van Wert at Shane’s Park Diamond 3 at 5:00

  • Varsity Baseball AWAY vw St. Marys at K.C. Geiger Park at 5:30

 

Baseball and softball umpires are needed this summer in Rockford. Age requirement is that you must be going into the 9th grade for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are interested, please sign up in the HS Office. Your name will then be given to the Rockford Recreation Association.

Seniors: Check your email for the Prom Court Ballots. Votes need to be submitted by Tuesday. 


Attention Seniors: Please write your plans after graduation on the outside of Mrs. Imwalle's door by April 19. This is for the Senior Wall.


Master and Sylvania Driving School will offer their next class the first two weeks of April on the following dates: April 2, 3, 4, 8, 9,10 from 5:15 to 9:30 at Van Wert High School.
