Announcing the Panther Jump Camp
What is Jump Camp?
Learn the basics of jumping techniques and how to train to increase your vertical jump, speed and overall power for athletics. This is great for explosion sports like Volleyball, Basketball, and Track and Field and Football.
When: June and July, summer of 2012, we will be holding jump camp for 12 sessions. We will work out 2 times each week for 6 weeks for 1 ½ hours each session.
What ages can attend? Any athlete from 6thGrade and up
Who is running the camp?: Tal and Kelsey Bates will be running the camp utilizing their experience in jump training and weightlifting to benefit all who attend.
What time are the sessions? Time of the sessions is to be determined according to number of athletes expressing interest in the camp and their schedules.
How Much?: There will be a charge of $50 per athlete and half of all proceeds will go to buy equipment for the Panther Weight Room at Parkway High School
