Yearbook
is a unique course of study. This course
designs and creates a historical record of the years’ events. Students interested in taking this course
must fill out an information sheet. The
information on this sheet will determine if a student is chosen for the
yearbook staff. Once chosen, the staff
concentrates on photography, layout design, advertising, fund-raisers, and ad
sales. The course calls for out of
schoolwork. This work is directly
involved with the production of the yearbook and an individual must be
self-motivated to complete such tasks.
The course does call for some out of school travel between businesses
and events.

keyboarding skills and develop quality keyboarding habits. Through the use of the Microsoft Office
package, students will explore the fundamentals of using Word, Excel, Power

This course will explore the concepts of verbal, non-verbal, written,
and electronic communications. The course is designed to help students in their
ability to communicate with both small and large groups. Activities in the
